Hot 8 Yoga Management Opportunity
Hot 8 Yoga is the hottest, cleanest, and most connected hot yoga studio. We're looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors who love yoga to join our company.
Responsibilities Include:
Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
Tracking studio budget
Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
Processing payroll
Oversee inventory
Work 5 Front Desk shifts
Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
Lead Teacher Trainings
Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Holidays
On call
Weekend availability
Candidates Must Have:
A 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).
Previous management experience is required.
Benefits:
