The opportunity

Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients’ team and we’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business and technical perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever‑changing industry.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform Business Analysts participate in enterprise solution implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. After our sales team wins a project, you'll become an integral part of the delivery team to ensure the solutions built for our clients meet their needs to help drive their success.
As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will be instrumental in connecting business needs with technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions that are in perfect harmony with business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
Expect to travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients.
Skills And Attributes For Success
Participate in discovery meetings with clients and prospects to understand and document their business requirements
Propose and design solutions using the extensive Power Platform capabilities to solve the identified business requirements
Customize Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform applications
Work with developers to define and create specifications for any custom code or data migration requirements
Create reports
Train end‑users
Analytical prowess and decision‑making based on a broad understanding of policies
Ability to guide and develop junior team members
Proven track record of complex problem‑solving and relationship management
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor’s degree
2 to 4 years of relevant experience including a minimum of 2 years of experience in system design or information system
Minimum of one-year experience (or 2+ projects) implementing Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platform technologies and have hands on experience with configuration and customizations
Familiar with relational database concepts
Self‑starter and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Application Functional Design
System Configuration Design
Technology Business Architecture Frameworks
Building and Managing Relationships
Complex Problem‑Solving
Ideally, you’ll also have
Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; master’s degree in one of these areas preferred
Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred

The salary range for this job is: New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices - $122,900 to $204,900
Bay Area California offices - $128,100 to $213,400
All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento - $102,500 to $187,900
Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
