Studs is a category-defining ear piercing brand offering an end-to-end Earscaping® experience. The Assistant Studio Manager supports daily Studio operations, coaches team members, and helps drive revenue while upholding safety and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role reports to the Studio Manager, requires flexibility across evenings, weekends, and holidays, and emphasizes ownership, professionalism, and inclusive culture.
