Job Title
The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 150 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Lash Lifts, Brow Tinting, Full Facial Threading, and more. We are proud to create an inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and well-being of our guests' beauty requests.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Stylist who has lash experience and/or training and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible! Willing to engage in marketing/sales for the salon as well as promoting yourself to build your book of business. Willingness to engage in sales activities and accept sales training.
Responsibilities
Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend after care products
Understand and promote products and memberships
Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
Maintain clean and sterile work environment
Nights and weekends required; FLEXIBLE schedule to start
Required Skills
Active Nevada State Cosmetology or Esthetics license
Customer service focused; Build relationships with your clients
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic/accepts coaching and new concepts
Ability to work weekends and evenings
