Job description
Southern California Hospitals is seeking a Sub Acute Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing and supportive care for residents with chronic conditions. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement a care plan, reassess outcomes, and revise plans or referrals as needed.
The role requires CA RN licensure, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
