Sub-Assembly Technical StaffThe Sub-Assembly Technical Staff (3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM) provides frontline leadership and operational oversight to support safe, quality-focused, and efficient production operations. This role combines technical knowledge with leadership responsibilities to ensure production activities are completed according to established procedures, schedules, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating daily workflow, supporting team members, monitoring production activities, reinforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensuring compliance with safety policies and PPE requirements. The Team Lead identifies and helps resolve production, safety, and quality issues through problem-solving and root-cause analysis, maintains production data and reporting, and serves as a key communication link between frontline employees and management.
