Job description
Atlas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Subacute Unit Manager to lead the subacute nursing unit, coordinating care and supervising RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and CNAs to ensure safe, compassionate, high-quality care for residents recovering from acute illness or surgery.
The role collaborates with physicians, rehab, social services, dietary, pharmacy, residents, and families to promote positive outcomes, oversee assessments and care plans, and maintain regulatory compliance.
