Job TitleResponsibilities:Support the Subassembly Foreman in directing and coordinating daily activities of Controls Technicians and shop personnelAssist with production scheduling by tracking job releases, verifying material availability, and helping prioritize workHelp ensure production goals and deadlines are met by monitoring workflow and addressing bottlenecksServe as a point of contact on the shop floor to answer questions and provide technical guidanceCoordinate with Engineering to resolve production issues, including documenting and communicating drawing discrepanciesPerform and support quality inspections of control panels and assemblies to ensure compliance with standardsAssist in tracking production metrics such as efficiency, throughput, and on-time deliveryHelp maintain appropriate levels of floor stock materials and communicate shortages as neededSupport coordination of shipping schedules with internal teamsMonitor shop equipment and report maintenance or repair needsPromote and enforce safety, cleanliness, and organization within the shopStep in to support leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Subassembly ForemanCollaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall production schedulesOther related duties as assignedRequirements:Secondary education, training, or certification in an Electrical field preferred3–5 years of experience in control panel assembly or related electrical/mechanical assemblyPrior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or panel shop environment preferredFamiliarity with production scheduling and workflow coordinationExperience working in an ISO or quality-driven environment preferredExposure to Lean Manufacturing principles is a plusBasic computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsForklift experience a plusBenefits:Medical/Dental/Vision/Disability effective first of the month after the hire datePTO accrual begins upon hireReferral bonuses100% employee-owned plus 401k with company match
