Job description
Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. in Washington, DC seeks an outgoing, detail‑oriented program analyst to provide direct program management support to DSP and lead SPA team efforts supporting submarine programs.
This role involves technical research, mitigation plan development, technical writing, briefing senior leaders, and occasional travel to vendor sites. It is based at SPA facilities with frequent visits to the Washington Navy Yard; candidates must hold a Secret security clearance.
