Job description
Selective Insurance is seeking a Subrogation Trial Attorney to join our Staff Counsel office in Hamilton, NJ. This hybrid role with 2 days in office and 3 days remote focuses on prosecuting subrogation claims and advising the subrogation claims department.
The attorney will manage a caseload from investigation to resolution, draft pleadings and briefs, and handle trials and appeals, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
