Job description
A physician-owned outpatient neurology practice in Northern California is seeking additional Neurologists to join a current team of 2 Neurologists and 2 NPs in an established and growing practice. This is a turnkey opportunity to serve a large region of approximately 750,000 people while joining a physician-led practice with an established patient base, referral network, and a transparent path to partnership. The team is eager to partner with subspecialists who are excited to become the regional experts in there area of focus.

Direct mentorship from current neurologists, including guidance in both clinical practice and the business of medicine for those interested

Clinical Opportunities
The practice is excited to welcome neurologists with a general neurology and/or subspecialty focus, including Neurophysiology, Epilepsy, Neuromuscular Medicine, MS/Neuro-immunology, Neuro-Ophthalmology, Dementia, or other areas of interest. The broad regional catchment provides diverse case volume and opportunities to quickly develop a subspecialized clinic. Those interested in building an EMU have the potential to partner with the affiliated hospital system.
Established services include EEG, ambulatory EEG, EMG/NCS, therapeutic botulinum toxin, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, and skin biopsies. Physicians also have the opportunity to collaborate regionally with neurointensivists, neurosurgeons, and neurohospitalists. Teaching opportunities are also available.
Schedule and Work-Life Balance
This is a 100% outpatient opportunity with no hospital call. Physicians may choose a flexible four- or five-day workweek within a practice model designed to support sustainable schedules and high-quality, unhurried patient care.
