Job description
Copa Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Substance Abuse Specialist to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. The role works with a multidisciplinary care team to identify, assess, and deliver stage-wise engagement, treatment, and relapse prevention for individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.
