Job description
Progressive is seeking a Substation Design Engineer to help modernize grid infrastructure and enhance reliability. You will develop designs for substations, protection and control systems, and transformers, taking projects from concept through construction support.
The role requires hands-on experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, cost-effective outcomes for utility projects in California.
