Partner with internal teams to pursue substation opportunities on both a regional and national scale, growing the firm's footprint in the power delivery market.

Conduct QA/QC reviews to uphold quality standards.

Guide and mentor a team of engineers and technical specialists while building lasting client relationships and collaborating across disciplines and office locations.

Play an active role in developing proposals, bids, reports, and client presentations.

What You'll Bring:

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (minimum).

A Professional Engineer license, or active progress toward licensure.

3+ years of progressive experience in design, engineering, and project management within the power and utility industry.

Familiarity with or direct experience in consulting engineering environments.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent platforms for managing scope, schedule, and budget.

Hands-on design experience with high voltage substations and distribution systems.

A track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions on major power delivery projects.

A drive for strong business performance, continuous improvement, and best-in-class practices.
