Job description
Duke Energy Corporation in Raleigh, NC, seeks an Engineer to design protection and control relaying for substations at 23kV to 500kV. You will develop scopes, layouts, schematics, wiring diagrams and support field implementation.
Requires ABET‑accredited BS in Engineering; PE/Senior level preferred; 6+ years’ experience; familiarity with relay protection, CAD tools, and power-system analysis. Hybrid work; travel 5–15%.
