Job description
Custodial Department SubstituteAct as a substitute in our custodial department when permanent employees are absent on an as needed basis. Shifts and positions vary according to position. Reports to: Building Principal and Coordinator of Support Services. Cooperates with assigned building custodian in a mentor relationship for standardization of custodial practices and procedures. Job goal: To provide students with a safe, attractive, clean, and comfortable environment so they can take full advantage of the District's educational opportunities; to contribute to a positive school atmosphere by offering pleasant, accommodating custodial services for students and staff. Pay: All other substitutes will be paid at Step 1 of their corresponding assignment classification. Building custodian: $18.30 per hour; $17.55 per hour once your application is complete; come to the central administration office (160 N Evarts Street) to complete payroll paperwork.
