Substitute Custodian, SY Talent PoolThis position performs manual cleaning, maintenance, repair, storage, and furniture moving tasks both inside and outside the building.Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:Knowledge of cleaning materials, methods, and equipment used in large public buildingsHigh School Diploma is acceptableKnowledge of simple maintenance and repair work and the materials and tools requiredAbility to understand the relationship between a clean and healthy environmentAbility to develop and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groupsAbility to understand and carry out direct instructionsMust be able to work within difficult time constraints and under stressful conditionsCertification / License Requirements: Non-certifiedSalary and Terms of Employment: Per diem employee: $18/hr.
