Job description
SCHOOL YEAR SUBSTITUTE CUSTODIAN POSITIONAll applications will be reviewed by the Administration. If selected, you will be contacted for a Virtual Meet & Greet. If recommended for substitute employment, you will receive additional paperwork to complete the application process. Final candidates will be recommended to the Superintendent of Schools for Board approval.Qualifications:Completion of high school, or sufficient education to carry out verbal and written instructionsWorking knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipmentAwareness of factors of fire and health safety involved in the care of the buildingsFingerprinting is required for criminal history background clearanceEssential Function:Custodian work involves independent activity to keep schools clean, sanitary, and in orderly condition; to perform minor and maintenance tasks; perform assigned manual work or ordinary responsibilities and semi-skilled tasks that follow established procedures.Cost Per Hour: Substitute Custodians receive $21 per hourAffirmative Action - Equal Opportunity Employer
