Job description
St. Coletta of Wisconsin seeks a Substitute Driver to safely transport individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to programs, work sites, and community activities. The SUB Driver fills in as needed, following established routes and schedules while ensuring timely, courteous service. Responsibilities include assisting passengers on and off vehicles, securing wheelchairs and mobility devices, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintaining clean, safe vehicles. The role requires strong safety awareness, clear communication, accurate documentation, and collaboration with support staff in a mission-driven, person-centered environment.
