Substitute School Secretary Main OfficePay Rate: $125/dayThe Substitute School Secretary supports the efficient, professional, and day-to-day operations of the school's main office. This role serves as a key point of contact for the school, providing high-quality administrative assistance to the principal, administrators, teaching staff, students, and parents.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors and maintain a warm, welcoming, and respectful office environment for all community members.Manage incoming phone calls with a pleasant demeanor, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.Support administration, staff, and families with daily clerical duties and operational requests.Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions while staying organized and responsive.Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive student, family, and staff information.QualificationsCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Technology: Proficiency with standard office software, computers, and administrative databases.Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build positive relationships and interact with dignity and respect toward all staff, students, and parents.Organization: Exceptional organizational habits, adaptability, and time-management skills.
