School Year Substitute Secretary PositionPay Rate - $18/hourAll applications will be reviewed by Administration. If selected, you will be contacted for a Virtual Meet & Greet. If recommended for substitute employment, you will receive additional paperwork to complete the application process. Final candidates will be recommended to the Superintendent of Schools for Board approval.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent trainingGood word processing skillsGood telephone skills and ability to communicate effectivelyKnowledge of automated office equipment and efficient office procedures preferredFingerprinting is required for criminal history background clearanceEssential Function:To carry out secretarial duties necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of the office. To maintain confidentiality on all student/family and personnel matters.
