Monitoring and documenting student progress through ongoing observation, classroom data collection, and accurate use of recording systems and tools.

Communicating professionally with parents/guardians when appropriate to share student progress, learning needs, and any concerns that may impact school performance.

Participating in team meetings as needed to address student support plans, behavioral needs, and family-related concerns, ensuring alignment across the team.

Staying current on research-based instructional practices and participating in professional development opportunities to strengthen instructional impact and classroom effectiveness.

Responding constructively to feedback, demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Performing other duties as assigned, supporting campus priorities and ensuring a smooth, student-centered day of instruction.
