Job description
Bayhealth is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to deliver patient-centered pharmacotherapy for individuals with substance use disorders. The role involves collaboration with the Pharmacy Clinical Manager and multi-disciplinary teams to plan, implement, and monitor SUD-related pharmacy services.
The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate or Bachelor in Pharmacy, valid pharmacist license, and 2+ years as a hospital clinical pharmacist with pain management experience.
