Job description
Champions Recovery in California is seeking an SUD Counselor I to provide comprehensive case management for clients facing substance use challenges, homelessness, and related resource needs.
Under supervision, you will maintain a caseload, document in the EHR, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, run psychoeducational groups, coordinate services with community agencies, and support clients through intakes and referrals.
