Job description
Wellpath in Fresno, CA is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to evaluate, treat, and support individuals in recovery within an interdisciplinary team. You will provide individual and group counseling, develop person-centered treatment plans, and support discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
