Base Lodge AttendantHelp keep the Sugarloaf base lodge clean, safe, and welcoming this winter season. As a Base Lodge Attendant at Sugarloaf, you play a direct role in how the lodge looks and feels for team members and guests every day.No previous experience is required. We provide on the job training, so what matters most is that you take pride in your work, value cleanliness and organization, and work well both independently and as part of a team. If you bring attention to detail, a positive attitude, and professionalism, you will help create an enjoyable resort experience for everyone.We have several full-time seasonal spots available at this time. Starting wage is anticipated to be $18-20/hour depending upon experience.Come join our team this winter!What You Will Do:Keep break rooms, offices, locker rooms, restrooms, hallways, stairways, common areas, and dining spaces clean and organizedRemove trash and recyclables; sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean surfacesBus and wipe down tables in the King Pine and Narrow Gauge areasRestock cleaning supplies and restroom toiletries, and let your supervisor know when supplies run lowOperate cleaning equipment, including vacuums and trash compactors, safelyWelcome guests and answer directions and general questions when neededReport maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisorQualificationsThe right fit for this role will:Be dependable and committed to workplace safetyBe able to follow instructions and work well independentlyBe willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as neededBe able to lift up to 40+ lbs in order to complete tasksHave own transportationThe ability to work outside in all types of weather will be required as well.Sugarloaf Team Member Benefits include:Free lift pass for skiing/riding and access to resort adventure activitiesDiscounts at resort F&B and retail locationsAccess to Nordic trails and discounted equipment rentals at our Outdoor Center locationDiscounted passes at other Boyne and partner resorts
