Job description
Idaho National Laboratory in Idaho Falls seeks a Summer 2027 Human Factors and Technology Adoption Intern to support workforce adoption of AI and other technologies in the nuclear industry. You will work on assessing readiness and shaping adoption strategies, with reporting to the Human Factors and Reliability team.
You will identify culture factors, create indicators of disengagement, and develop tailored recommendations for site leadership, including potential university course-credit
