Your internship will give you the same exposure to Armanino as our business management account managers, while participating in interactive and engaging programming. During your time interning with us, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in trainings and activities to boost your skills and engagement.Job responsibilities include:Process and record accounts payable, cash receipts, and cash disbursementsSet up vendors in accounting softwareEnter payroll in accounting softwareBank account reconciliationsCredit card codingBudgeting and reforecastingRecord journal entries as directedFiling and scanning client documentsCorrespond with vendors for W9, invoices, and open itemsComplete special projects as assigned (i.e. insurance reviews, vehicle or home purchases, etc.)Requirements include:Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureCurrent enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in business with an emphasis in accountingPreferred qualifications include:Plan to complete 150 semester/225 quarter unit requirement for CPA licensure eligibility between December 2027 – August 2028 strongly preferredArmanino provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
