nA Graphic Design Intern will be creative, organized, and motivated to support our marketing initiatives and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This internship is an opportunity to work alongside marketing professionals, designers, and sales teams to create a wide range of visual assets that support both internal communications and external brand marketing efforts.

nThe ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, understands the importance of file organization and production best practices, and is eager to learn from experienced creatives while contributing meaningful work from day one. Internship will befully onsite at our Shakopee location.

nKnowledge and Skills You Will Gain

nnnAssist in the design and production of marketing materials across digital and print channels.

n

nnCreate and update external-facing assets such as social media graphics, presentations, event materials, email graphics, and promotional content.

n

nnSupport the development of internal-facing materials including sales tools, employee communications, and company presentations.

n

nnCollaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams on a variety of projects and campaigns.

n

nnHelp organize design files, assets, and project libraries to maintain efficient workflows.

n

nnPrepare files for production while following established brand standards and design specifications.

n

nnParticipate in create brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.

n

nnLearn industry best practices through real-world projects and mentorship from experienced team members.

n nRequirements

nMinimum Qualifications of Position

nnnCurrent student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field

n

nnProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

n

nnStrong attention to detail and organizational skills, including basic knowledge of file management and asset organization

n

nnA willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative

n

nnAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment

n

nnStrong communication and teamwork skills

n

nnPortfolio showcasing design work, course projects, or relevant creative experience

n nPAY STATEMENT

nThe national pay range for this role is listed above. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
