Job description
The McLean Group in McLean, VA invites ambitious Summer M&A Analysts to gain hands-on experience in middle-market transactions. You will build financial models, perform valuations, prepare CIMs, and draft management presentations while contributing to live deal execution.
Interns participate in due diligence, data room management, and client communications, receiving mentorship from senior bankers and exposure to high-impact M&A transactions. Strong academics and Excel skills are essential.
