Job description
NOAA offers a paid 10-week summer research internship placing students inside NOAA's operational science offices. Interns receive $6,000 in compensation along with furnished housing, a travel allowance, transportation subsidies and payment of conference abstract fees, and present their work at an end-of-programme symposium.
Placements span the National Weather Service, Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research, NESDIS, National Ocean Service, NOAA Fisheries and Office of Marine and Aviation
