Job description
Our client is an NC based regional COMMERCIAL GENERAL CONTRACTOR whose Asheville office that is seeking a Construction Superintendent with experience in healthcare, education, light industrial, and or other large ground up construction projects.

Prior experience as a Superintendent for a commercial general contractor is required for consideration.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs
Set performance goals and deadlines
Plan construction processes
Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget
Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback
Monitor and report on project progress
Various other duties as needed
Qualifications
Degree in Construction xqrzhdi Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience
7+ years' experience being a Superintendent on commercial projects, ground up experience strongly preferred
Proficient with Procore and Microsoft Office
Driver's License and good driving record
