$90,000 - $125,000 per year

Job Details

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction

Proven experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects from start to completion

Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics

Ability to coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, inspections, and material deliveries effectively

Experience enforcing jobsite safety standards and maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations

Skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project documents

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to maintain project schedules while ensuring quality workmanship and client satisfaction

Experience leading project meetings and coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors

Proficiency with construction management software and field technology tools is preferred

Stable work history with a strong track record of successful project delivery

OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications are a plus
