With approximately $100M in annual revenue and a growing project portfolio, the organization offers long-term stability and career growth.Job DescriptionLead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site activities. Maintain project schedules and drive on-time completion. Ensure quality standards are met throughout construction. Enforce jobsite safety requirements and company policies. Collaborate with Project Managers and internal stakeholders. Manage project documentation and field reporting. Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams. Proven experience leading projects in the $1M-$10M range. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety, and quality control. Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and field teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
