Qualifications
5–10 years of supervisory experience in mining operations or large‑scale earthworks, preferably in an active mine environment
Proven ability to manage production schedules and adjust plans based on changing ground, weather, or equipment conditions
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to develop practical, safe solutions to complex operational challenges
Highly effective communicator who can tailor messaging to operators, engineers, clients, and leadership teams
Collaborative leader who builds teamwork, accountability, and a positive safety culture
Willingness to travel and remain on site for the duration of mine projects
