With an integrated platform, significant national resources and an expanding Southeast pipeline, the business offers the stability of an established company alongside considerable opportunity for career growth.Job DescriptionLead day-to-day field operations for a 3-5 storey, 200+ unit mixed-use development in Charleston. Manage the project from ground-up construction through completion and turnover. Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities to maintain the construction schedule. Drive quality, safety and productivity standards across the jobsite. Identify field challenges early and take ownership of developing practical solutions. Partner closely with project management, ownership and internal construction teams. Communicate project progress, challenges and priorities clearly to key stakeholders. Build productive relationships with subcontractors and project partners. Maintain a professional, organised and results-driven jobsite environment. Experience supervising large-scale wood-frame multifamily projects preferred. Ability to independently drive schedules and get projects across the finish line. Resourceful problem solver who takes ownership and acts with urgency. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional and polished when working with internal and external stakeholders. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced construction environment with significant responsibility.What's On OfferCompensation up to $175K base, plus a guaranteed quarterly bonus. $850/month vehicle allowance with a highly competitive benefits package.
