Job description
At O'Connor Family Law, we believe in empowering both clients and our team. As a Supervising Partner in our family law firm, you're not just an attorney; you're a leader, a mentor, and a strategist. This role places you at the heart of our mission to transform lives through exceptional legal service. You'll guide our legal team, ensuring every client receives the highest quality representation while fostering a nurturing environment for attorney development. Your influence will stretch beyond day-to-day operations, impacting our firm's growth and the future of family law.
We're looking for someone who embodies our C.H.A.N.G.E. values—courageousness, honesty, ambitiousness, navigator, growth-oriented, and empowering. If you're eager to lead without the pressure of equity ownership and thrive in a high-volume, high-touch environment, you’ll find a home here. In return, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package with opportunities for performance-based incentives, all within a culture that values accountability, emotional intelligence, and teamwork. Let’s build a future where we not only meet expectations but redefine them. Join us, and together, we’ll make a difference.
