Job description

Assembly SupervisorAs an Assembly Supervisor you will supervise assembly and related test activities across assigned programs, products, or field locations. Coordinates work assignments, training, inventory, logistics, tools, and facility support to ensure safe, compliant, and effective assembly operations.Location: Tempe, AZSalary Range: $70,000 - 90,000Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Arizona. (25%)Maintain and coordinate training records, safety plans, ordnance handling, forklift, crane, and related operational requirements. (20%)Manage parts inventory, logistics, shipment coordination, and tool accountability supporting assembly and checkout activities. (20%)Support facility improvement plans, modifications, maintenance, and operational readiness. (15%)Develop team capability through coaching, performance feedback, training, and work direction. (20%)What You BringAssociate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience; bachelor's degree preferred.Assembly, production, test, or field operations experience.Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Knowledge of assembly operations, inventory control, logistics, and safety requirements.Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.Who We AreWith over 50 years of experience in aviation technology, Curtiss-Wright's Sensors & Controls Division is continuing the legacy of flight innovation, providing critical components on a variety of commercial, defense and industrial platforms.
