We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people's lives and we want YOU to join our team!What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for the development and implementation of career preparation which includes the career preparation program in compliance with government and management directives.Essential functions:Plan, coordinate, and supervise the administration and programmatic activities of the career preparation department, including the MYPACE program.Develop and conduct programs for new students to encourage self-evaluation, self-worth and confidence, with emphasis on student retention.Oversee a student ambassador program for career preparation, including the application, interviewing and evaluation processes, as well as incentive, tracking and employment objective.Plan new student activities to include tour, recreational and social activities.Education and experience requirements:Bachelors' degreeTwo (2) years related experience.Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
