Job description
Custodial Program AdministratorAssist the Project Manager in administering the Custodial program by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout all areas of the job site.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain employee work scheduleEnsure employee work schedule is covered with adequate staffing on a daily basis through Supervisors.Ensure Quality Control (QC) inspections are performed daily on all employees by the SupervisorsReview with QC to analyze trends and opportunities for improvement; report findings to Project ManagerAnalyze government Quality Assurance (QA) inspections, assuring proper follow-up and Corrective/Preventive ActionsEnsure that all employees receive adequate orientation training and track training documentation in employee's fileObserve Supervisors daily by making rounds in their areasAssist Supervisors in resolving any potential issues with employees and hospital staffPerform job evaluations on Supervisors and submit to Director as requiredPerform public relation rounds on units and establish positive relationships with key personnelOther duties as assigned by the Project ManagerKnowledge, Experience and Skill RequirementsMinimum of one (1) years of experience in custodial supervisory experience.Must meet or exceed comparable industry certification (IEHA, etc.) training. All certifications shall be maintained active and current throughout the term of the contractKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.Strong presentation, written and oral communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsWorking ConditionsBe able to walk extended period of time, bend, kneel, push.
