In this role, you'll lead a team of project managers and technical specialists while ensuring successful execution of complex pharmaceutical development and technology transfer projects. You'll contribute to innovation by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resource allocation, and maintaining client relationships. This position offers opportunities to contribute to therapeutic developments while developing leadership skills in a professional organization.REQUIREMENTS:Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, with focus on R&D, technology transfer, and/or project managementPreferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, Engineering, or related scientific fieldPMP certification or equivalent project management certification desirable2+ years of supervisory experience or demonstrated team leadershipStrong knowledge of cGMP, pharmaceutical development processes, and regulatory requirementsExperience in managing complex technical projects and client relationshipsExpertise in project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)Leadership & Communication:Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teamsProficiency in stakeholder management and client communicationEffective negotiation and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a responsive environmentCore Competencies:Advanced English language proficiencyStrong analytical and decision-making skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesProven ability to implement improvement initiativesExperience with budget management and resource planningTechnical Operations:Proficiency in pharmaceutical production techniques and processesExperience in technology transfer and scale-up activitiesKnowledge of quality systems and compliance requirementsAbility to evaluate technical costs and assess project risksUnderstanding of laboratory operations and analytical methodsWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
