Job description
Florida Dermatology Specialists is seeking a Supervisor for Medical Assistants to lead a team of 12‑14 MAs across Port St. Lucie, Stuart, and Palm Beach Gardens. The role is full‑time, salaried, Monday‑Friday, with travel between offices and hands‑on clinic support 50‑75% of the time.
The ideal candidate will have extensive dermatology and Mohs surgery experience, plus proven management skills to supervise staff, improve performance, and ensure smooth operations across locations.
