Role Overview
The RN-Team Advisor supervises and directs 24-hour elder care within an innovative, elder-directed care model.
Responsibilities include implementing and evaluating comprehensive care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating effective communication with the clinical support team. The role involves supervising Certified Nursing Assistants, RNs, and LPNs, fostering professional growth, teamwork, and positive change in a transformational care setting.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Alaska RN license
Within 30 days, obtain BLS certification from the American Heart Association
At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in gerontology or long-term care
Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills
Key Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily elder care teams
Oversee care plan implementation and quality assurance
Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and standards
Promote effective communication among team members and elders
Support professional development and foster a positive team environment
