Supervisor ManufacturingThe Supervisor Manufacturing at SYNNEX Corporation is responsible for leading and overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficient, high-quality manufacturing processes and timely delivery of products. This role focuses on team leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment.Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules.Plan, organize, and direct production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.Monitor production processes for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying and implementing improvements to optimize workflow and reduce waste.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and personnel challenges as they arise.Collaborate with other departments, including Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations and product quality.Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and quality control data.Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMP).Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new manufacturing personnel.Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Job QualificationsBachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, lean methodologies, and quality control systems.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a production team.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.Proficiency in using manufacturing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as production demands require.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.What's in it for youBenefit InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Health Savings Account (HSA)Mental Health Care401K with matchPaid Holidays, Vacation & Sick DaysTuition ReimbursementPerks at WorkLEAP ProgramMyFlexPayEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status.
