Overview:

The Supervisor Operations manages the day-to-day execution of Zebra’s manufacturing with direct oversight and accountability for the people, productivity, safety, quality, ISO 9001 and other KPIs with the associated business / site.
Manages up to 35 employees and / or contract workers in an operational area.
Is directly responsible for the hiring, onboarding, training, performance and engagement of the staff.
Collaborates with peers across shifts and functions to support optimized performance across the site / business
Intentionally engages to drive a culture of belonging, development, safely, continuous improvement and high performance
Compiles and analyzes operational data. Prepares reports for leadership that include proposals to address performance gaps in the team.
Evaluates performance of subordinates, provides coaching and feedback to support success.
Conducts performance appraisals and determines pay increases for direct reports in alignment with Zebra’s philosophies and practices.
Participates or leads projects as assigned.
Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent supervisory experience in a related MFG industry.
Minimum Work Experience: 6+ years including minimum 1 year as team lead /supervisor
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required (safety glasses, steel-toed boots, gloves, etc.)
Intermediate level skills in MS Office and Microsoft systems
Knowledge of quality and statistical analysis tools and methodologies
Hours: Sunday - Thursday 11:00 PM - 7AM

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
