The Materials Supervisor is responsible for providing materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and material movement, and supervising staff.What you will do:Achieve warehouse operational objectives through the contribution of warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.Meet warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, and creates processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.Continuous development, implementation, enforcement, and evaluation of policies and procedures.Create warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems; evaluating and recommending new equipment.Establish warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout, and implementing changes.Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.What you will bring:Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years of related experience required in lieu of degree.Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.Must have experience in the integrated functions of manufacturing.Experience with rate-based or flow line (non-MRP) and job shop manufacturing environments.Experience in operations, inventory management, visual management systems, Microsoft Office products, inventory control/shipping software, MRP and lean manufacturing processes.Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:$56,300.00 - $80,255.00Compensation Type:SalaryIncentive Eligible:NoSales Commission Eligible:NoThrive at work and at home:Benefits kick in on DAY ONE for you and your family, including health insurance and holistic wellness programs that include generous incentives – WE DARE TO CARE!Family building benefits include fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance.Paid time off includes up to 15 vacation days, paid holidays, sick leave, and additional options to support volunteer and parental leave.401K match up, educational and training opportunities through company programs along with tuition assistance and student debt support.Safety Sensitive Role:YesThe company designates certain roles as Safety Sensitive.
