Virtua Health Job Opportunity
Supervises staff to ensure effective multidisciplinary patient care. Maintains clinical skills to provide patient service in area of clinical specialty.
Position Responsibilities:
Supervises and clarifies performance expectations with staff and provides ongoing feedback, both verbal and written.
Provides direct patient care in area of clinical specialty to meet departmental expectations and organizational need.
Supports the manager in the development of a department-specific, strategic and operational plan.
Serves as a team leader who maximizes performance in others and facilitates team collaboration.
Effectively facilitates staff's acceptance of and adaptation to departmental/operational changes.
Works with the manager to clarify needs of customers. Provides quick, thorough and appropriate response to customer requests/complaints.
Effectively communicates with patient and/or family/significant others, team members, medical and ancillary professionals to provide optimum quality patient care and effective operations.
Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required: Minimum of three (3) years in the profession including at least one (1) year in a similar setting. Required Education: Minimum of Bachelor's or Master's degree in clinical discipline (degree required for State licensure).
Annual Salary: $93,152 - $149,438. The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
