Supervisor - Social Work
Location: Southgate, Michigan (Onsite)
Work Type: Permanent
Positions: 1
Hours: 36-40 Hours per Week
The Supervisor - Social Work is responsible for overseeing social work services within the Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) program, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff supervision, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
This role requires leadership experience, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to support both patients and interdisciplinary teams.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of Social Work experience (IDD or behavioral health preferred)
• Active Michigan Social Work License (LMSW / LCSW - Required)
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health and case management practices
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) populations
• Familiarity with community-based or outpatient behavioral health programs
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Work Environment
• Behavioral Health / Social Work Department
• Onsite role in Southgate, MI

• Must be flexible with day shifts and scheduling needs
