Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Director, Command Operations Support and Public Affairs {N16) for the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.
Responsibilities
You will interview candidates and makes selections or recommendations for selection, promotion, or reassignment.
You will identify developmental and training needs of employees; provides or arranges for needed development and training.
You will find and implement ways to improve production or increase the quality of the work directed.
You will direct and manage comprehensive public affairs, strategic communications, and publications programs for the command.
Qualifications
GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience planning, managing, and coordinating a federal command's administrative support, directives, and forms programs. Experience troubleshooting and leading visual information support, graphic design, and command publishing operations. Experience providing strategic leadership, direct supervision, and comprehensive human capital and personnel management. Experience analyzing, coordinating, and balancing complex operational scheduling, survey manning, and marine fleet logistical requirements against available personnel capacity. Experience communicating effectively and persuasively across multiple platforms, with specialized expertise in public affairs, strategic communications, and technical writing and editing.
