Supervisory Program SpecialistThe duties and responsibilities for a Supervisory Program Specialist, GS- generally include, but are not limited to, the following:Provide leadership and operational oversight of the NCIF and related debt-collection management functions.Manage staff, support workforce development, and build a high-performing, mission-focused team.Direct program planning, performance evaluation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and accountability.Serve as the primary liaison to federal agencies and stakeholders, coordinating debt collection efforts, resolving complex issues, and promoting collaboration.
